Environmental issues play a major role for homebuyers today.  We all want to know of toxic waste sites that are in the public records and the location of closed landfill sites.  Radon, asbestos, UFFI, and lead in paint or water creates an additional set of concerns for us.  The purpose of this page in our site is to provide links to some useful information that will help homebuyers “do their homework” before they write an offer for a new home.
